Rental Pricing
Our prices vary depending mainly on the theme you choose and personalized options you add. We have a considerable number of props, string lights, throw pillows and decoration to make your party unforgettable. We can also work on a completely new theme for your dream party, taking care of the design and all the technical issues.

Setup and Breakdown
Before the day of the event we will discuss with you the best setting, depending on the location and the space available. We can meet in person, on the proposed location, or you can send us pictures and measures so the backstage magic begin.
On the day of the event our team will set everything up in your place. The space designated for the setup needs to be free of furniture and clean at the time we arrive, for the outdoor picnic, the sprinkle system must be turned off the day before in order to avoid a wet lawn.
Everything included in the setting must be returned in the same condition as it was received and will be picked up as soon as the event ends.

Service Area and Extra Fees
We are based in Weston, FL and serve most cities in South Florida. There could be a transportation fee depending on your location, which will be specified in your quote.
Our settings are of considerable size and volume, so in order to avoid slowing down the setting up process please check in advance any access or permitting restrictions for your location.
Safety and Cleaning
Our setups meet the highest safety and cleaning standards.
Our teepees are handcrafted in the USA, by an experienced manufacture, and have natural bamboo poles which makes them much more stable.
Each teepee pole has a floor protector and we secure them to a sand bag or stake to minimize the risk of falling down during the event.
String lights are battery-operated to avoid plugging in hazard.
Each item is washed, cleaned or vacuumed and sprayed after each event, and items are replaced as necessary - so you wont see any wear and tear.
How to book our party rentals
Ask for a quote: fill in all the required information in our "get a quote" link. If you are not sure about the theme or date you can use the "contact us" link and we will set up a call to discuss options.
Initial estimate: you will get an initial estimate within the next three business days after your inquiry.
Final estimate: we will meet you in person or online to discuss all the details, layout options and add-ons. Once we are set on all the details, we will provide you with a final detailed quote.
Contract and payment: we will send you a link to make the deposit payment along with the contract.

FAQs
Cancellation policy
We understand sometimes the plans change and we will do our best to reschedule or redesign your event in case you need it.
You will get a full refund up to 30 days prior to the event.
Cancellations within 15 - 29 days period prior to the event will be subject to 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations received 14 or less days before the event will not receive a refund.
Events cancelled due to weather conditions will receive a full refund, excluding customization costs.

Payment
A 50% deposit is required to book your party, the balance is due on the date of the event.
Setting up and breaking down time
Usually, picnic and sleepover setups takes about 2 hours and the disassembling about 1 hour.
